Subject: Confluence System Design Language

I just found out that there is a tool called Confluence. It is a hardware design language that generates VHDL. I would like to learn the language but I caanot found out where to download it from, whether the name has changed. I appreciate any help locating it and learning how to install it and run it. Many thanks in advance. Simon
